My friends and I had a wonderful first trip to Seattle together at this cute spot! The location worked out very well for walking to our concert venue, local eateries & coffee shops, as well as sightseeing toward downtown.

Everything was great. Clean and spacious place. Very comfortable. Perfect location to most attractions. If you don’t have a car there are public buses available. The bus stops is in walkable distance.

We had a wonderful week staying at this house. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the location was perfect. It was very convenient to get around, with both a light rail station and bus stops just nearby.

Nice spot for easy access to downtown Seattle and a good value for the money. The neighborhood is safe and easy to access with Uber or Lyft and we even walked to downtown several times.

Fantastic stay and will definitely plan to come back. Perfect location for walking and biking to cap hill, central district, downtown, and the international district.

The cottage is just as described, very spacious, comfortable and clean. The electronic lock on the door made us feel that ourselves as well as our possessions were safe whiles staying there and it was nice to not have to worry…

This was a great place from which to launch! Parking spots in the greater area are in short supply, so we loved that David's place had a parking spot available right by the cottage. This allowed for easy loading/unloading.

David & Michelle's place is truly a gem! We had such a delightful stay here. Everything was clean and the place had everything we needed while on a business trip. The bed was very comfortable.
