About this stay

Our green room is a king-size bedroom + private attached bathroom on the top floor with a view of Mt. Rainier. Our townhouse is across the street from a park and a 5-min walk from Othello light rail station. From there, the train will take you directly to SeaTac airport in 19 mins, Stadium station in 14 mins, and downtown in 19 mins. Creature comforts abound, including a 58" streaming TV, king-size bed, central heat and A/C, Beekman toiletries, and k-cups and tea throughout the day.

Perfect stay! The place is exactly as shown in the photos, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The host is incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful throughout the whole trip. Check-in and check-out were super easy.

The stay was great. John was a good host serving up coffee in the morning and even taking care of cleaning dishes/cups. The light rail is more or less 10 minutes walk unless you are walking fast.

I was in town visiting my son who just moved to the area. The location of the house was perfect for me. I also asked John to turn the air down (make it cooler) and he did that.

This place is a gem! The bed was so comfortable! I could see Mt Rainer out the window! It was quiet and easy in and out. I’d definitely stay here and rent out both rooms, with friends, for future Seattle visits. So affordable.
