Beautiful and convenient location, one block from Olmsted designed Green Lake Park in a residential neighborhood. Restaurants and groceries are 2 blocks away. The University of Washington is less than 2 miles, downtown Seattle is a 12 minute drive, and major freeways are easily accessed but not seen or heard. There is free on street parking. Our studio apartment has a garden level private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, queen bed, dining table and living area with pull out bed.

Martha's place is comfortable and has all the amenities listed. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the heater worked well, and the shower was warm. So walkable to the lake and close to some restaurants.

Martha’s place was great for our 5 day stay. It’s in a central location near Green Lake which we enjoyed. There are a ton of coffee shops and cafes nearby which added to the experience.
