We stayed 10 days as our daughter, who lives on the same street, had a baby. We generally don’t book Airbnbs in a basement due to noise, but the location and value were too hard to pass up.

LisaStayed October 2025 · Contemporary StudioI would book here again! The house was spotless and the neighborhood was beautiful and safe. We were walking distance from Capitol Hill as well as a couple of bus stops but I might want to be closer to the light rail next time…
This place is shockingly comfortable. I really didn't anticipated how well I'd sleep - how nice the shower would be, how easy it would actually be to make a meal in the makeshift kitchen. I really enjoyed the whole trip.
