Our spacious 750 sq ft mid‑century modern guest suite sits on the ground level of our beautiful Wallingford home and was fully renovated in August 2017 with comfort in mind. From air conditioning and off‑street parking (both hard to find in Seattle!) to soundproofing and double‑pane windows, private keypad entry and a layout tailored specifically for Airbnb guests.. You’ll be minutes from everything - 3.5 miles to Downtown, and 1.2 miles to the UW!

Brian's space is BEAUTIFUL. Recently renovated with tasteful art, verdant plants inside and out, and useful amenities throughout, this is a perfectly-located apartment for exploring some of Seattle's best neighborhoods.

Everything about this rental was fantastic. The apartment is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with continental breakfast items as well as a wonderful selection of snacks.
