A Beautiful maintained safe home at quiet dead-end street next to Ravenna park ✔ 2 bedrooms ✔ 1 bathroom ✔ Comfy sleep sofa ✔ Close to UW & U-Village ✔ UW Medical Center ✔ Short walk (17 mins) through: - Ravenna Park Roosevelt light rail station and Whole Foods Market and much more, great location, Private entrance and free parking lot, we have a small kitchen but it has everything you need, fully fenced deck giving excellent privacy & seclusion. This semi-basement is close to 520 & I-5.

Great location. We drove a truck, which made parking a little tricky on the street. Duplex was very clean. Great water pressure in the shower. No AC, but there were fans to use.

JodyStayed August 2023 · Cozy DesignWe loved this place. Half a block from the beautiful Ravenna Park, cooked lovely meals in the kitchen, a lot of windows for light and cross breeze. We did not use the back deck but it is spacious.
The location was perfect for my group. We were in town for Comic Con, and this was a good location for our preferences and schedules. The place was accurately described. We came in knowing what to expect, and it delivered.
