Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet close to Ballard Ave (6 min drive) and downtown Seattle (18 min drive) with great transit options within walking distance. We are a few minutes drive from Golden Gardens beach, Sunset Hill Park, and Greenlake.

We had a great stay! The place was beautiful, spotless, and in such a quiet, cute neighborhood. Parking was easy, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on! The only small things to note are that the towels…

Rubyat's place was awesome! Its super close to great neighborhoods like Ballard and Fremont but also close to lots of ocean-side parks! The home was very clean, tidy and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay.

This was a lovely detached cottage. It is close to the bus lines and to a number of good coffee shops. The cottage was light and airy and very pleasant. I enjoyed the view of the backyard through the French doors.

Super clean, cute space! It is one block from the bus stop if you plan to use public transportation, which was nice. And across the street is a beautiful community garden, which was fun to walk through and explore.

Wonderful weekend stay in a cozy and sunny backyard studio. The studio stayed warm during a particularly chilly weekend. The place was very clean and private surround by their beautiful green backyard.

This was the perfect spot for a couple to stay for the weekend. Close and easy access to coffee, beach a mile away, fifteen min walk to (Ballard) town, quiet and cozy location, clean place with all the essentials.
