Experience true Seattle living in Wallingford — a walkable, welcoming neighborhood with tree-lined streets, great local cafes and restaurants, and easy access to Gas Works Park, Green Lake, and downtown. Take the light rail (15 min walk) direct to stadiums for Mariners, Seahawks, and Sounders games. Our family has loved it here for 10+ years. As with most Seattle homes, you may occasionally hear normal household sounds from above, including from young children.

This was a great place to stay! It was so clean and had everything we could have needed. The bed was very comfortable and it was walkable to quite a bit in Wallingford. It was also easy to get on public transportation if you need to get other places/downtown.

We had a great stay! Martina's place had everything we needed and was close to the zoo, parks and restaurants. Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality!
