A safe and private townhouse in the heart of Capitol Hill, just 4 blocks from the lightrail station and a block from the life and bustle of the neighborhood. High-speed WIFI, rooftop patio, TV with Netflix signed in all make for a cozy stay for work or play. *Our home is 3 stories including the entrance, dining area, bedroom, and rooftop (4th floor, reached via steps from the bedroom). The spiral staircase connecting the floors is steep and narrow - please note for guests with mobility issues.

This place is very good. It is in a great location and close to a lot that you can walk too. The place is very clean and up to date. The bed was comfortable and everything we needed was there.

Great place to stay! It was in a very walkable area, yet still felt very private and peaceful! Everything was so clean! There are, indeed, a lot of stairs, as described, so that’s something to consider, but the spiral staircase…

I loved this place. Everything was incredibly clean. Kitchen has enough to cook with. (If you want to bake anything beyond cookies, you’ll have to buy the bakeware). This place is 3 stories. Entrance and dryer is the 1st floor.

A great spot in an awesome location. All of Capitol Hill is right at your doorstep - some of the best restaurants are within blocks! The place itself is very clean and well kept.

Fantastic location, walkable and near a zillion restaurants. Great for getting work done and hanging out on the roof deck too. Everything was clean and pretty. Hosts were friendly and responsive.

Great place. Super comfortable bed. 11 minute walk to the light rail. Plenty of street parking. Cool rooftop balcony with a great view. Would absolutely stay here again.

The space was very clean and as described. Quiet surroundings but close to a lot of great spots. The vertical layout of the space with the spiral stairs was really unique. Really loved this spot.

David's apartment was an amazing find for a last minute trip to Seattle for Pride. It was in the most convenient location in Capitol Hill, walking distance from every bar and restaurant I was hoping to get to.

A great location only a few blocks from a light rail station and less than a block from Pine/Pike corridor. We had tons to do, but could easily get to other parts of Seattle easily.
