Sunnyside Studio

This place is a gem, hidden away on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. Unit is great, was comfortable temperature, had a nice little patio alleyway.

Great place to stay! Very clean and organized with all the amenities you would need during your stay. I loved that it literally was less than a 5-minute walk to the lake. I went down everyday for a walk.

Very clean and looked like the photos. No major complaints. Location had plenty of parking and is a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

Our stay here was perfect for our needs. It was very walkable. We loved walking around Green Lake just a couple of blocks away. There were other cafes and restaurants nearby also and the neighborhood was pretty and peaceful.

Great little stay in Northern Seattle that maintains a good distance from downtown; away from the headache of commuting downtown but a very short drive to most major places.

We really enjoyed our stay in Vince’s lovely studio apartment! While it was central to all kinds of amenities, it was also quiet and private, which made sleeping lovely (no loud noises).

Private access, modern furnishings, and tasteful interior design with just enough space to make it your fancy headquarters for a stay in Seattle.
