Cozy Ground Level Apartment

I'll start off by saying Ruben was a great host. Super responsive, very friendly and even let us keep our bags there past our check out time. The place was quite cozy and in an amazing location.

Beautiful apartment in the quiet leafy neighbourhood with plenty of room to relax. Well appointed kitchen with lots of equipment.

Ruben’s place is exactly as advertised and maybe even better - very spacious for 2 people with a huge bathroom, comfortable bedroom and living space. Very clean on arrival and easy entrance.

The place was very comfortable! Exactly as described, with a fully-stocked kitchen. Hosts were responsive to questions and issues. It was clean, welcoming, and a nice place to relax in.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Lots of linens and towels. The kitchen was well equipped. Close walk to public transit. The location was amazing, there are a lot of cool places within walking distance.

This was a great place to stay. I did find parking a little difficult, but Rueben was quick to respond with recommendations of several options of where to park. After that, it was easy.

First time in Seattle and staying for the week end after a work trip. Loved it! Ruben's place is very convenient, has just everything you need.
