Kate and Ray are excellent hosts! The apartment is just as beautiful as the pictures: a stylish, clean, and convenient space.

We stayed at Kate’s place for ten days while in Seattle visiting family and we can’t recommend it enough. First, the space is clean, new and perfectly furnished. Excellent bathroom and comfortable bed.

The rental offers plenty of space and light, beautiful view of downtown Seattle, close to bus stop (across the street) for easy transit to downtown Seattle, very close to grocery and restaurants.

We stayed at The Nest for four nights and we already want to go back. Wallingford is just the sweetest neighborhood and the perfect place to tuck in if you want the Seattle feel but not the claustrophobic feeling of the downtown…

Kate’s place was actually better than the pics. The listing 100% spot on and the location has easy access to many fun spots and includes a view of the Seattle skyline from the kitchen table.
