Eddie’s basement apartment was clean and in a good location for being able to walk to UW. Eddie was responsive in addressing a challenge to enter the apartment (dead batteries in an electronic lock). Bed was firm and clean.

Eddie’s place is very convenient and close to the University District, University Village, and the UW campus, which made getting around super easy.

Place was perfect for my husband and I visiting our student at UW. Location is great—walkable to campus and U Village. Apartment is very cozy and clean, well stocked with everything….and our host was super responsive and helpful.

Just what we were looking for! A cozy place and it was more spacious than we anticipated! Very clean. Parking on the street is the only thing to be aware of , due to the location street parking is limited as it is very congested…

This is a one-bed-room apartment with an private entrance at the basement Good enough for 2 to 4 people family It is so close to the UW and a lot of places everything is very clean I will come back!

This was perfect for what I needed while doing some work at UW for a couple days. A 25 min walk or 8 min Lyft ride to my building. The king size bed was really comfortable and the heated bathroom floor was a nice touch.

Cosy basement apartment well suited to our needs. Very well located for UW and neighborhood attractions within walking distance. We did not have a car, but the driveway offers off-street parking for those who need it.

Had a great time at Eddie's! The place looks just like the photos and the neighborhood is peaceful. It was great having access to a washer and dryer. It's not super close to downtown, but a short Uber away.

We drove from Idaho to Seattle for a quick vacation. This listing is a great location in the U District by many restaurants, the Burke Gilman Trail, and UW. The listing was clean and had nice amenities and decor.
