Julie communicates well and has the space ready for your arrival. Extremely clean, cute decor, and very welcoming. Great neighborhood location if you are visiting SPU.

Julie’s place was clean and had all the amenities we needed! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Great place to walk to the boardwalk or in the neighborhood.

Julie’s place is truly a home away from home for us. It’s super clean, very well stocked with everything that we could think of, and the location is very convenient, with a nice coffee shop within 1 min walk and SPU in 5 minutes.

We really enjoyed our stay! Lovely, walkable neighborhood, close to downtown, SPU, and the zoo. Walking distance to the Ship Canal Trail and multiple parks if you need a good place for a run.

Loved this place! From the welcome note (complete with chocolate from the local Theo factory) to the cozy comfy bed, everything was fantastic. This place has a full kitchen and bathroom. Everything is clean and neat.

Had a great stay at Julie's place. Good location in walking distance to Fremont and Queen Anne area shops and restaurants. Close to bus lines. The place was clean and today when we arrived and she made it VERY easy to check out.

I would recommend the “Queen Annex.” Julie is very responsive but I did not need anything from her because everything ran smoothly.
