Huge living room includes large dining table, couch with additional pull out bed, 43 inch smart TV, and designated desk/work space. Yard and laundry room shared with upstairs apartment. Off-street alley parking.

Downstairs apt with upstairs tenant. Pretty quiet tenant upstairs -- just a little bit of them walking around, which is expected. Place had new floors and other new fixtures. Strong water pressure. Plenty of space and plug ins.

We had a great stay, we ended up arriving a lot later than anticipated but Robin had messaged earlier in the day asking if we needed the other bed set up, which we did. Which made it so nice to get in and go straight to bed.

The suite was spacious, clean, well equipped and stocked with everything we need. Designated parking space was safe and convenient. Bus stop to downtown was accessible within walkable distance.

Very easy, Robin was a great host and so polite and friendly. The area was nice and there were things to do in walking distance. Easy check in, clean and tidy - overall really happy with my experience.

Be aware there is a tenant living in the apartment. This was not disclosed anywhere in the listing, so I was surprised to find out after arriving.

Robin’s place is in a cute historical neighborhood part of Seattle. Our stay was nice. Close to shops and restaurants. Communication on point.

It was only a 12 minute walk to a couple of bars which was nice it was very private, upstairs neighbors were a bit noisy but not too bad would definitely stay here again!

Robin communicated well and solved a minor issue right away. Really appreciated my stay in her place. It was clean and super conveniently located. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed here with a friend for the weekend and it met our needs. The sofa bed is a bit smaller and more uncomfortable than other sofa beds i’ve slept on and there weren’t enough blankets to make it feel cozy or warm.
