Great location in downtown Seattle. Short walk to Pike Market. Easy Uber to the Princess Cruise Terminal. Early arrival bag storage was great. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant Oliver's good food and service.
The hotel is beautiful. Staff was amazing - friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my mother that was in a walker. The customer service was amazing, rooms were clean, bigger than I imagined, and very comfortable.
I've stayed at this hotel several times and it consistently delivers. Great location, good rooms, good breakfast. Always a good stay.
