Friendly staff, comfy beds, clean rooms and a cosy environment in general. Great location with a short walk to pike place and other nice food spots
We loved the quirkiness of the whole place. The thought that went into all the details in our room was very nice. On arrival you are given a card for a free drink and pineapple shaped cookies are on the bench at check in.
The best thing about this hotel is the staff, they were all so friendly and helpful. I asked if I could put medicine into their fridge and a fridge was delivered to my room in 4 minutes.
